<p>HelloDOC connects you with a certified doctor in minutes, from the comfort of your home or office, through a live video consultation or phone call.

Our medical team consists of Hispanic-speaking Medical-Surgeons, graduates, ethical, and qualified to provide on-demand medical guidance to users in Primary Health Care (PHC) related issues.

Some of the cases we can treat and recommend treatment if necessary are:

- Cold and flu
- Allergies and rashes
- Abdominal pain
- Headaches
- Digestive discomfort
- Fever
- Dizziness
- Health-related questions and medical test reading
- Among many others

Here are some frequently asked questions about our app:

How does it work?

1. REGISTER: Open the HelloDOC application and register with your personal information. If you already have an account created, log in with your credentials.

2. REQUEST A CONSULTATION: Select your reason for consultation, choose your preferred communication method, and enter the waiting room where you will be attended to within minutes. The first consultation is FREE!

3. TALK TO A DOCTOR: Within minutes, one of our doctors will review your medical history and will communicate with you to carry out the consultation. Consultations in our app have no time limit; you can talk to the doctor for as long as you wish.

4. CONSULTATION SUMMARY AND TREATMENT: After a few minutes, you can review the summary of your consultation in the app, as well as any treatment that has been properly detailed.

There is no guarantee that a prescription will be issued in all consultations; a prescription will only be issued if the doctor has all the appropriate information to accurately diagnose and treat a given condition for the benefit of the patient.

What are HelloDOC's hours?

Our doctors are available for immediate care 24 hours a day, from Monday to Sunday (including holidays). We are available to ensure that both you and your family - including children - receive the care they need.

How does HelloDOC subscription work and how much does it cost?

Our service is offered through two channels:

1. Mobile operators: Through our carrier-billing payment method, you can subscribe to HelloDOC through your mobile phone operator, meaning that the subscription cost is directly charged to your phone bill or deducted from your balance if you are a prepaid user. The subscription price varies depending on the mobile operator and can be viewed in the app under "Profile" - "Membership Type." This type of subscription is currently only available in Venezuela with Movistar and Digitel operators.

2. Companies/insurers: Our service can also be covered as a benefit by the company you work for or may be part of the services offered by your insurer. During the registration process in the app, we will automatically identify the origin of your affiliation so that you can enjoy the service unlimitedly and at no direct cost to you.
